What We’ll Provide

 

• Fitness Training

Calisthenics-based workouts designed to build strength, endurance, and mental resilience — accessible for all ages and fitness levels.

 

• Muay Thai & Discipline Coaching

Teaching the mindset of a fighter: discipline, respect, and the grit to rise again.

 

• Vocational Trade Training

Free, hands-on training in sheet metal work and A&P mechanics to open doors to real-world careers.

 

• Youth & Adult Mentorship

Leadership, accountability, and guidance for individuals working to turn their pain into purpose.

OG 600 Training Care will be a safe space to train, learn, grow, and lead. Backed by grant funding, community partnerships, and Tyrell’s commitment to mentorship, our programs will be free and accessible to those ready to rewrite their story.
